2:30 – 5:00 p.m. | Law School (Sub-Plaza)

Economic growth and sustainability? What should we do next? Enterprises prosper and sustain quality jobs through continuous innovation and finding new ways to be competitive. This requires an ecosystem where startups and established businesses alike are encouraged and supported in seeking new products, new methods and new emerging markets. That support includes strong research and development capacity, incentives for new business formation, innovation in business, new investment opportunity, and a skilled workforce. It’s a critical intersection, where business, law and policy come together in ways that can either inhibit or foster progressive economic development. Join the University of Minnesota Law School, its Corporate Institute, and some of Minnesota’s top thought leaders in government, business, labor, academia, and law to explore an acceleration of business innovation and entrepreneurism. Attendees will have the opportunity to offer feedback on policy papers to guide steps to future growth and prosperity. 2.5 CLE credits have been requested. Click HERE for more information.
